Core
Values:
Biblical Authority
We Believe God has spoken to us through the Scriptures. Therefore, the Bible is our ultimate authority.
Intimacy with God
We believe God desires an intimate relationship with every believer. Through prayer, meditation, worship, and Bible study, we can pursue and achieve intimacy with the Father.
Relevant Environments
We believe our role is to create environments that are conducive to the work of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of people. A relevant environment combined with competent leadership will allow us to connect with the people.
Relational Evangelism
We believe that all believers have the responsibility of carrying out the great commission in their sphere of influence.
Authentic Community
We believe accountability, care and a sense of belonging are critical to balance and progress in our spiritual journey. We believe we must strive for a group of like-minded, relationally-connected believers.
Strategic Service
As gifted members of the body of Christ, each believer is responsible for exercising his or her gifts in tandem with other members of the body. It is not enough to exercise spiritual gifts. Maximum impact is contingent upon a coordinated, strategic exercise of gifts in the body.
Mentoring The Next Generation
We believe that every believer is responsible for passing along to others the knowledge, skills, and opportunities for service that God, through others entrusted to them.

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." Mark 12:30 We love God deeply as our ultimate and highest goal of life. We help people give their fullest worship to God where He is their number one priority. His thoughts are our thoughts; His purposes are our purposes; His dreams are our dreams; He plans are our plans."

"Love your neighbor as yourself." Mark 12:31 We love others unconditionally so that His love will be seen in us. Our secret sauce is love, acceptance and forgiveness. We are a community of Christ followers interconnected in relationships as the family of God. We exemplify Christ's love and joy everywhere we go. As a family, we inspire, motivate, encourage, care for, and believe in one another as ministers of Christ. We are never on the wrecking crew but only on the building crew. We let no unwholesome talk come out of our mouths but only that which builds others up according to their needs.

"I have come that they may have life and have it to the full." John 10:10
We live life to the full so that our Christianity is contagious. We are a community of world-changers. We are committed to changing our world for the glory of God. We are contagious Christians who intentionally look for creative ways to reach our neighborhoods, community and world. Our life is filled with a Christ-like attitude, victory mindset, and a faith-filled disposition. We are a force to be reckoned with. We invade the darkness with God's presence, passion, and power. We are not satisfied with the status quo. We live life till it overflows.

Pastor Smith’s insight and passion is expressed each time he is heard preaching the Word of God. For the past 20 years, his presentation of the Word is in a down to earth style and has allowed him to be able to minister to both young and mature alike. With a passion for ‘the local church’ Pastor’s vision is to “Honor the past, Embrace the present and Dream for the future”. His desire has always been to communicate the Word of God in a relative and relevant way.
Ryan and Marsha have been married since 1988. They have two sons, they together have served the body of Christ. Pastor is a Certified Behavioral Consultant with a certificate of Biblical Studies from Lee University and a Certificate of Achievement from the State Board of Education from Lee. Today, under his leadership, True Life Church has become a place where people can come and be introduced to the person and the power of Christ. At True Life Church, we are committed to grow great lives in God and learn the principles of Christ to empower us to live out our God given destiny.

We believe the Bible to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible, and God’s revealed word to man.
We believe that Scripture teaches that there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10,11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22).
We believe that man is a sinful being in need of redemption (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Psalm 51:5; Ecclesiastes 7:29; John 6:44; Romans 5:12-21; 1 Corinthians 2:14).
We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God and the son of man, that He came to save man from condemnation of sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who exercise faith in Him (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35; John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21).
We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential (Luke 7:50, 24:47; Romans 10:13-15; 1 Corinthians 1:18; 2 Corinthians 2:15; Ephesians 2:8, 9; 2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 2:11, 3:5-7).
We believe the Scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit the acts and attributes of an intelligent being, and that the works of God such as creation, inspiration, giving of life, and sanctification are also ascribed to the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:2; Job 33:4; Mark 3:29; John 16:8, 13; Acts 7:51, 10:19, 13:2, 13:4, 16:6; 1 Corinthians 2:11, 6:11, 12; Ephesians 4:30; 1 Peter 3:18; 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life (Romans 8:5; Philippians 2:12, 13; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; 1 John 2:29).
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it (Joel 2:28;
Acts 2:4).
We believe that all mankind is subject to the death of the body as a result of original sin. The soul and spirit do not die, but immediately after death enter into a conscious state of happiness or misery according to the character here possessed by rejection or acceptance of the Savior (Ecclesiastes 12:7; Romans 5:12; Philippians 1:23).
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation (Matthew 24:31-46; Acts 24:15; Revelation 22:11).
We believe in the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11;
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer (Isaiah 53:4, 5; James 5:14, 15; 1 Peter 2:24).
